Keeble Agencies Quality Statement

Keeble Agencies has been trading for over 25 years and since 2009 has been the UK distributor of travel healthcare products supplied by Care Plus, Pure Hydration and Incognito.  We are passionate about service and provide customers with information in the form of work books, brochures, web support and in-house training as required. The range of products we offer have been designed and produced to meet or exceed World Health Organization specifications and standards; independent test results can be supplied for many individual products.

Customer orders are dispatched quickly and efficiently by 24 hour courier, the aim being to supply goods within 48 hours of receipt of order.  This aim is exceeded in the majority of cases but customers are informed immediately should delays be expected.

Sustainability

We have to rely heavily on road transport to supply goods and to enable us to visit and service our customers, however we do encourage car share when possible and provide a safe and secure area to store bicycles for members of staff who prefer to cycle to work.

  • Minimize waste and recycle to the limits of our local authority


Health, safety and security                                                                                                        

Keeble Agencies appreciates the importance of health and safety and our processes and procedures are designed not just to meet legal requirements but to effectively deliver a healthy, friendly, safe and secure working environment for our employees and others who might be affected by our work.

Regular PAT testing and inspections of burglar alarms and fire extinguishers are carried out to ensure that we offer our employees a safe and secure place to work and copies of certificates are available on request.

Well equipped kitchen and toilet facilities are available for employees to use with hot and cold drinks provided by Keeble Agencies. First aid kits are available for minor injuries and an accident book to record such events.

Keeble Agencies has employer’s liability of £10 million and public liability insurance of £2 million and a copy of the insurance documentation is available on request. Further Public liability insurance of £2 million is obtained to cover outside events such as trade shows.
